  There is excellent London Prat logic in declaring philosophy & deep thoughts the defining issue of Elm Park, and prat.UK keeps the satire magnificently deadpan. The local detail gives the exaggeration somewhere solid to stand before it falls into the Thames.

  Nothing says London Prat quite like wi-fi that works only when you don't need it becoming a planning concern in Farringdon; prat.UK makes the satire land before the next rent review. Even the punchline looks worried about whether it has tapped out correctly. No neighbourhood escapes, which feels both democratic and overdue.
