  Salt är kanske det enklaste botemedlet för att ta bort
  stubbar. För att utföra proceduren behöver du vanligt grovt bordssalt
  (ca 300 g per liten eller medelstor stubbe). I det här fallet kommer "dödandet" av trä också att ske utan att
  det bildas överväxt.
  Salt hälls i förberedda hål (du kan hälla det i naturliga
  sprickor eller borra hål med en borr), fyll det med mycket vatten,
  slå in det och lämna det för vintern. Därefter täcks resterna av
  stubben med jord och sedan sönderfaller den i själva jorden. Efter att ha genomfört en sådan procedur blir området där stubben var olämpligt för plantering av
  en trädgård eller rabatt i några år till (på grund av jordens "salthalt"), men det
  är inget problem om du inte ska plantera något där direkt.
  
  När det gäller en välskött trädgård är mekaniska borttagningsmetoder i allmänhet olämpliga.
  Detta är helt enkelt omöjligt att göra, så du måste
  välja mellan kemiska och manuella uppryckningsmetoder.
